Drawn on: Photoshop CS3 with a tablet.
Time spent: A good few hours at least, spread throughout several days.

I wanted to draw a Halloween-ey picture. Why more South Park? Why not?
I tried a new style that was a bit edgier for this picture. It took practically a million layers and nearly killed my computer (not to mention my hands) but I like how it turned out. Everything was done from scratch, from the fire to the stalagmite thingies to the texture on the sign, which is why it took so much longer than I anticipated.
Anyway, it's back to work on school stuff and whatnot. I'm leaving for Florida for my N.A.S.A. trip in about a week. Can't wait!
